Turkey Breast of Wonder: Turkey Breast of Wonder: In crockpot, add orange juice, whole berry cranberry sauce, onion soup mix, pour over breast, cook 5-6 hours

Ingredients

  • 1 (5-6 pound) turkey breast
  • 1/2 C orange juice (you could also substitute chicken broth)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 (1 ounce) package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • salt and pepper

    1. I no longer pin something that has me jump through hoops to get the whole recipe. Am I missing much? Doubt it. Pretty sure someone else out there has posted a clean site so I'll wait it out.

  2. I made this tonight and I thought it was delicious. I did sear it on all sides for about 7 mins each side before putting it in the crockpot. I will make it again for sure.

    1. I would just personally omit the onion soup mix if you can have onions or half can of chicken broth. I've made plenty of good turkey breast in the crockpot without onion soup mix and turns out just great, but I am going to try this one. Good Luck!!
