spiral sugar cookies. mine definitely did not turn out this pretty. make sure you don't roll the dough out too thin because it's harder to roll and it makes the spiral look sloppier. I also kneaded mine too much so it was really most and I had to add extra flower and the cookie came out all cracky looking
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 tube gel food coloring (any color)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
