My new go-to pancakes. Love that they aren't cakey, heavy cakes - they are light & fluffy with crisp edges. Don't walk away from the stove to check FB otherwise they will burn - they cook up fairly quickly! Made them this morning with Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and they turned out great! Made them last weekend with 1/2 sour cream & half Greek yogurt - yummy as well!
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 7 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 whole Large Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  •  Butter, For Frying And Serving
  •  Warm Syrup, For Serving
