  • 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
  • ¼ cup sugar

  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 4 1/2-5 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 TBS butter melted
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 TBS water
  • ¼ tsp almond extract
